Never Before Posted Referral Pics

The end of October was an anniversary of sorts for us since it was a year ago that we saw our Fi's face for the first time. Here are some of the referral pictures that I never posted because we couldn't until we had brought her home.

The one above was the first picture that I saw of her. It was the day that she was brought to Hannah's Hope around 6 months old. She was so happy in all of the pictures. I cried and cried when I saw her. She was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

A wonderful family that was picking up their little girl took a picture for us about a month before we traveled to get her. She was about 11 months old.

A year later our little Fi is crazy, cute, and the light of our lives! Can't imagine life without her now.

October Trip to Oklahoma

I am trying to catch up on blogging so here are my pictures from the end of October when the kids and I flew to Oklahoma to spend the week with my grandparents. I grew up going there every summer as a kid and lived there for college, so Tulsa and Claremore are home to me. Every year I take the kids to see my grandparents and have fun on the farm. Of course this was the first year that I had two kids to fly with.

Since T's birthday was the next week, they had a little party for him. T thinks that if there is a cupcake than it is a birthday party. He wanted Gigi and Bobba to help him blow his candle out. He really only cared about eating the cupcake.

I love this picture of the kids out on the farm. We had such a good time. I love it out there and it is so beautiful. It is a blueberry farm. My parents are planning on moving out there and building on the land when they retire. Clark and I want to live there too. It is amazing when you have land that has been in the family how connected you are to it.

Fall pics

Pony rides this October was the highlight of T's year. He still talks about it. He was so serious about the whole thing and never smiled once.
